ＤＣジャンクションBOXを作ってみる！

足元のエフェクター用にずっとエネループのやつ使ってました。

あれはあれで大変便利なものですが、
自作したＯＤ－１コピーに９Ｖ以上の電圧ぶっこんだらどうなるのかな？
って衝動に突き動かされまして、ＤＣ－ＤＣコンバーターを作ってみます。
ついでだから９Ｖも何個か取れるようにしてＤＣジャンクションＢＯＸとしましょう！

というわけで教科書はいつものコレです。



決してあやしい本では・・・（以下略）

相変わらず回路に関してはさっぱりなＺですが、
要するに三端子レギュレータってやつが電圧を減圧して目的の電圧を取り出しているようで？
教科書では９Ｖを取り出すために７８０９という型番のを使っております。

７８～ってのが正圧（＋）の電圧が出るよーってことで
後ろの～０９ってのが出力の電圧らしい？

入力電圧は出力の＋３Ｖ以上ってことらしい。

ん～・・・ならばアダプター１５Ｖ＞７８１２＞７８０９としてみようかな？
これで１２Ｖと９Ｖが出力できるわけだ。

というわけで教科書の回路に７８１２を追加してみて作ってみたのがコレだ！


うわー・・・・どっかショートしてそうで怖いわ＾＾；

三端子レギュレータってのは発熱するんだそうで、ケースにネジ留めして
ケース自体で放熱できるようにしてあります。（教科書どおり）




とりあえずラベルは後日作るとして出力電圧が分かるように書いておく。
間違えるとエフェクターがぶっ壊れかねない＾＾；


ついでにＤＣケーブルも自作。

試しに自作ＯＤ－１に９Ｖと１２Ｖを交互にぶっ込んで聞き比べたが
ちっこいピグノーズでも違いが確認できる！
へーこんなに違うもん？
音の傾向は昇圧とかで良く見る記事と同じ感想で、歪みは減るけど音は元気になる感じ？
なんか薄い膜が一枚取れたような感じがします。

どうせならもっとあげてやれ！ってことで７８１８と２４Ｖアダプターを後日買ってきて
１８Ｖと９Ｖの仕様に作り変えました＾＾

１８Ｖ＞９Ｖってのが差がありすぎで大丈夫かな？とか心配しましたが
今のところなんともないですね。
どうなんですかね？教えて、賢い人？？

あとひとつ気になるのは三端子レギュレータで検索してみると
よく出てくる回路図では0.1uFとかを三端子レギュレータの
入力部と出力部に入れてるんですよねー。

今回参考にした教科書にはなかったので入れてませんけど
入れたほうがいいんすかね？
ノイズの関係でしたっけ？
あ・・逆流防止のダイオードも入れてないっすね？
教えて、賢い人！

リハがあったのでスタジオでガンガン鳴らしてきましたが
ＯＤ－１がブースターにかなり使えそうなので、ＤＣジャンクションＢＯＸも
ラベル貼って実戦投入したいと思います＾＾

拙者は「賢い人」では無いんですが...A(^^;)、
ICの前後に入れるコンデンサは入力側が発振止め用、出力側が高周波ノイズ低減用で、ダイオードは保護用です。

部品耐圧に余裕があれば、電源電圧を上げても恐らく差し支えは無いでしょうが、その分余裕が無くなるので何かの拍子に故障する危険性は高くなるでしょうね。

一応耐圧は見たつもりなんですが、見てるとこ間違ってたりして？
という感じです（笑）
おそらく大丈夫だと思ってるのでしばらく使って様子みたいと思います。

コンデンサとダイオードはやっぱ入れたほうが良さそうですね！
今度買ってこよっと！

そういえば買ってましたね〜、この怪しい本(笑)
高電圧にも対応してるエフェクターは上げてやると変わりますね。
俺もEP Boosterを9Vから変えてみたんですがえらい違いです。
